When the app doesn’t delete my library —
I have been a subscriber for over 30 yrs and love my weekly reads. However, this iPad app is terrible. Regularly the content refuses to appear. It rarely if ever s updated. It’s become quite annoying.
Been a subscriber for many years. The app is glitchy and now simply fails to load new content despite my having a long standing subscription. Further, the app support is completely unresponsive, and basically non existent. The content is good but it’s next to impossible to access it.
Am not buying any other electronic subscriptions from this company in case they end up the same way. Haven’t been able to access issues of Autocar for over a year, and no response to my emails and no one to help. Autocar, an 80’s mag with 80’s tech support.
Most apps for car magazines, allows people to download & read the new issue 1 or 2 days before it hits the newstand. Not autocar, The new issue becomes available 3 or 4 days after the issue is available at the newsagent. What's the point of that? I guess this app is the back issue app....
Love the content and happy to pay the hefty yearly subscription to get it, but this app is buggy and seldom updated. It's been years since I have been able to see and download a new issue after I get a notification saying it's available. Have to do a tedious workaround of deleting the app, re-downloading it and restoring my subscription. Now for the past several days it just says 'there's been a problem loading your content' and shows me nothing at all. Aaargh! Would never put up with this if there was another reasonable way to get this content :/

Kept crashing whenever I opened it after the update. I'll go back on whenever you fix this!
